Takhassus fi al-Fiqh wa al-Ifta

This two-year postgraduate program offers specialization in Fiqh and is designed for those who have already obtained a degree in Islamic religious sciences. Students who have successfully completed the ʿĀlimiyyah course at IIE or an equivalent program are eligible for admission.

Upon completion, graduates are conferred the title of Mufti and are authorized to issue Fatwas on social and religious matters of the community.
