This two-year program is designed for those who have obtained a degree in Islamic religious sciences; those who have completed a six-year Ālim course are eligible to get admission in this program. This is a specialization program in Fiqh. For those who complete this program a title of Mufti is conferred upon them and they are entitled to issue Fatwas on social and religious matters of the community.
